Founder & CEO, Pat Welsh, originally from Baltimore, earned Economics and Speech Communications degrees from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill where he was also an All American on the 1986 NCAA National Champion Men's Lacrosse Team. From 1990-1997 Pat built, trained, managed, and motivated a direct sales team contributing to 500 million in sales of environmentally conscious products.

Pat has spent the last 10 years creating and developing this ShopToEarth platform that couples networking and e-commerce. With nearly 20 years of accounting and financial experience, Michael Harman has become an industry leader in the areas of business consulting.  As consulting services partner of the firm L.L. Bradford and Company, one of Nevada’s foremost Certified Public Accounting firms, Michael Harman’s main focus as a CPA is business consulting including performing outsourced Chief Financial Officer services and working directly with company founders to build successful businesses.

Michael Harman has been with L.L. Bradford since 1997 where he has performed many functions in his various roles in the firm from business development to firm management.

Experienced at performing mergers and acquisitions with due diligence for various companies, designing and implementing systems of accounting, assisting companies in soliciting bank financing, investor capital, and venture capital, and providing quality control functions for various public companies, Michael Harman’s talents run the gamut of all accounting practices.

Vice-President of Operations, Erin Welsh grew up in Baltimore, MD and earned an Accounting Degree from the University of Richmond, where she played on the Spiders Division I lacrosse team. From 1996-2004 she worked side by side with her brother Pat Welsh in the training and direct sales industries. Prior to taking on the her position with ShopToEarn, Erin was a residential real estate agent in the Baltimore metropolitan area.

Erin has been with ShopToEarth since February 2008. She oversees a variety of departments including: Legal, IT, Retail Shopping & Affiliate Marketing, Customer Support, Commissions, Refunds, Disputes, and Compliance, and is responsible for relaying proper info in terms of text on the website.

When Vice-President of Business Development, Shannon Beck is not with her loving supportive husband and beautiful 2 boys, you will find her deep in the trenches of day-to-day operations for ShopToEarth. Shannon brings over 17 years of experiences in Management-Operations, purchasing, product sourcing, product development, logistics, Vendor relations- negotiations. Marketing being her strong suit, she started a company in 2001 - Fetchbranding, a corporate branding firm in Aventura, Florida.

Shannon was born in Germany, grew up in Oklahoma, and attended Cameron University majoring in business. She has big plans in store for ShoptoEarth. Shannon's drive and determination leave her restless, wanting more, and demanding perfection.

Before joining ShopToEarth, she was the National Marketing Director for Growkids, LLC., who provides earth friendly fundraising to schools and non profits across the US.

At ShopToEarth, Hilary works with senior management to develop and implement marketing strategies to ultimately expand awareness and recognition of the company. Hilary brings deep understanding and expertise in brand management, direct sales, eCommerce functionality and design, logistics and event planning.

Hilary is an active member of the US Green Building Council, Sierra Club, Green America, and Women in Technology (WIT).

Director of Investor Relations, Craig O'Callaghan,, is responsible for facilitating introductions and creating strategic partnerships for STE as it relates to the public sector. Craig currently resides in New York City and because of his experience, Craig’s strengths as a businessman run the gamut: hard work, relationship building and winning are the core of Craig’s business philosophy.

Craig has worked as a laborer, carpenter, scaffold builder, hoist erector, office manager, salesman and owner of Universal Builders Supply, Inc. from 1984-2004. The Company was just inducted into the Westchester Business Hall Of Fame. Craig was instrumental in the firm’s completion of hundreds of contracts including renovation of the Washington Monument, building the Presidential Inauguration Stands, renovation of Grand Central Station, and was a major supplier on the new Time Warner Center in New York City. One of Craig’s proudest moments early in his career was loading the scaffolding that was used for the renovation of the Statue Of Liberty!

Craig received a degree from Kent School in Kent, CT where he was the Senior Prefect, a three sport captain and is a member of Athletic Hall Of Fame. Craig received a B.A. in Industrial Relations from the University of North Carolina, Chapel-Hill, where he played lacrosse on two Atlantic Coast Conference Championship Teams, two NCAA Final Four Teams, and won the National Championship in 1986. He was awarded the Colonel Robert Needham Unsung Hero Award in his senior year.

Director of Customer Support, Heather McDade grew up in Baltimore, MD and previously worked with Pat and Erin Welsh behind the scenes in the network marketing industry. Prior to taking on STE’s Customer Support Department, Heather developed a strong clientele base as an interior designer and in her catering business.

Director of Vendor & Customer Relations, Debbie Cook was born in New York but grew up all over the East Coast, moving when and wherever her father's Department of Defense job transfers took them. She finally put down her own roots and settled in Florida 20 years ago with her husband, two sons, and three dogs and has been there ever since. Temperatures below 70 degrees send her looking for a jacket.

From 1994-2005, Debbie and her husband created and ran a local advertising business, where Debbie worked as the graphic designer and also managed the business, with consulting and editing gigs on the side for Corel Corporation and McGraw-Hill publishing, among others. She always has had a left-brain/right-brain thing going on, as she is creative yet also very detail-oriented — a rare combination!

In 2005, Debbie and her husband sold their business, and Debbie took some time off from the working world to be at home with her sons, toil on their neverending house remodel project, and to be Football Team Mom for her sons' high school varsity football team. Go Cougars!

Debbie joined ShopToEarth in June 2008. Her days are always busy and varied. In the morning, you'll find her running product reports, overseeing customer orders and support, and by the afternoon she'll be designing logos and webpages for new ShopToEarth vendors. Debbie loves the pace and wide scope, and she can't wait to see what each new day brings.

Director of the ShopToEarth Foundation, Toby Overdorf is the President and Founder of Crossroads Environmental Consultants, Inc. in Palm City, Florida. He currently holds a Master of Science in Biology and an Environmental MBA, both from Florida Atlantic University. A New England native, Toby has been a resident of Florida for 18 years during which he has served as an environmental professional and researcher. He on the Board of Directors of Leadership Florida, member of the Florida Atlantic University advisory board, member of the Seacoast Bank Advisory Board, the chairman of the Martin County Metropolitan Planning Committee CAC, past chairman of the Martin County Historic Preservation Board, a Past-President of the Palm City Chamber of Commerce, and serves on the economic development and business development councils of both Martin and St. Lucie Counties. Toby also serves as the President of the Treasure Coast Wildlife Foundation. Toby and his wife Maggie have two daughters, a son-in-law, and two grand-daughters.

STE National Trainer, Rich Soviero is the CEO of a successful painting business in South Florida. Rich is the predecessor to the family business, founded in1969. He became the President in 1998.

Rich received a Bachelor's Degree from Florida Atlantic University. Rich and his wife, Julie, have two young boys.  He is a devoted husband and father and enjoys coaching the boys' sports teams.  He has been dedicated to doing this since they began playing.  Rich joined Shop To Earth in April of 2008.  He is a top money earner and has almost 15,000 in his business.  AS the STE National Trainer, Rich does an amazing job supporting each and every person in the business.  He believes that their success is his success.  He still runs his painting business, but Shop To Earth has changed his families' life. Rich is a dedicated supporter of many foundations that help children.  In this difficult economy he truly believes that ShopToEarth is the vehicle that can help people repair their lives financially and it gives a message of hope to those that are looking to make a change in their lives and in the environment.

STE Assistant Trainer, Dawn Connelly practiced commercial litigation at McDermott, Will & Emery, LLP in Chicago for eight years, focusing primarily on contract, eminent domain, class action, and product liability disputes. She has argued in front of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, drafted a writ of certiorari petition to the United States Supreme Court, and represented Fortune 500 companies in multi-million dollar lawsuits. In her practice of law, Dawn demonstrated a strong personal commitment to pro bono work, for which she was one of two out of 1,000 associates firm-wide to receive an award for "Outstanding Achievement and Commitment to Pro Bono Service in the Community."  Dawn argued before the United States Immigration Court in a highly publicized case that took place over a two-year period, and was written up twice in the Chicago Sun Times. Dawn joined ShopToEarth in July 2008. She currently sits on the company’s advisory board and enjoys being part of the leadership council.
